This Privacy Policy describes how the styling app "Fiorel" (hereinafter "the App") handles your personal information and data.

02Data We Collect

The App handles the following types of data:

Location Data

GPS location is used to obtain weather data for your current location. Used solely for Apple WeatherKit API requests and cached on-device for 15 minutes. Never sent to external servers. Toggle off anytime in iOS Settings.

Weather Data

Meteorological data from Apple WeatherKit API (temperature, feels-like, precipitation probability, humidity, wind speed, UV, etc.). Used to generate outfit recommendations, cached on-device for 15 minutes.

User Preferences

Settings like temperature sensitivity, style genre, and notification times. Stored locally in UserDefaults. No external sync.

Subscription Information

Processed through Apple StoreKit 2. The developer cannot access payment information.

Usage Analytics Data

To improve app quality, we collect non-personally-identifiable usage statistics.

• Device information: model, OS version, app version, time zone, locale
• Usage events: onboarding progress, style switches, trends
• System events: subscription screen views, weather loading errors

None of this data can be used to personally identify you.

03How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing weather-based outfit recommendations
• Sending daily morning reminder notifications
• Managing subscriptions
• Statistical analysis for app-quality improvement
• Displaying advertisements

04Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following services:

• Apple WeatherKit — retrieves weather data; your location is used solely for API requests.
• Apple StoreKit — processes subscription payments; payment info is managed by Apple.
• TelemetryDeck — a privacy-focused analytics service. Sent data cannot personally identify you. See TelemetryDeck's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob — displays advertisements, with ATT-based personalization.

05Data Storage and Security

Your personal data (location, preferences, etc.) is stored solely on your device. No external synchronization (including iCloud).

Industry-standard security measures protect your data.

06Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Deleting the app permanently erases all local data
• You can disable location access in iOS Settings
• You can manage notifications in the app or iOS Settings

07Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the app and on this page.
