01Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the wellness app "Lulune" (hereinafter "the App") handles your personal information and data.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

02Data We Collect

The App handles the following types of data:

Wellness Data

Records of your physical condition and mood. Saved on your device using SwiftData and synced across your devices via iCloud.

Location Information

Location information is used to obtain barometric pressure data for your area. You can toggle location access in iOS Settings.

When GPS access is granted, the App uses your device's GPS to request barometric pressure data from Apple WeatherKit.

When GPS access is not granted, the App falls back to a representative coordinate from your device's region setting. Your actual location is never transmitted outside your device.

Barometric Pressure Data

Weather data obtained from Apple WeatherKit, used to support health management.

App Settings

Saved locally on your device using UserDefaults.

Advertising Data

The App uses Google AdMob so that many users can enjoy the App for free.

Based on your Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent, you may see personalized or general advertisements. Ad performance measurement uses Apple SKAdNetwork.

Your wellness data is never used for ad delivery.

App Usage Analytics

The App uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymized app-usage data for the purpose of improving app quality and functionality.

TelemetryDeck employs a double-hashing method: user identifiers are hashed on the device, then hashed again on the server. Neither the developer nor TelemetryDeck can reconstruct the original user information.

IP addresses, cookies, your wellness data, and personally identifiable information are never collected.

Subscription Information

Processed through Apple StoreKit. Payment information is not accessible to the developer.

03How We Use Your Data

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing app functionality and operating the service
• Supporting health management through analysis and graphs
• Sending reminders and health-related notifications
• Displaying advertisements
• Analyzing usage patterns to improve app quality

04Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple (iCloud / StoreKit / WeatherKit) — for data sync, subscription payment, and weather data.
• TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany) — for anonymized app-usage analytics. Data is processed on EU servers.
• Google (AdMob) — for displaying advertisements, with ATT-based personalization.

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them for details.

05Data Storage and Security

Your data is primarily stored on your local device and in iCloud.

• Local data (SwiftData / UserDefaults) is retained while the App is installed. Uninstalling the App deletes local data.
• iCloud-synced data is stored in your iCloud account and managed by Apple.
• Industry-standard security measures protect your data.

06Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• The right to delete your data
• The ability to change ad-tracking settings via ATT

How to delete your data

• Local data: Uninstall the App from your device.
• iCloud data: iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.

07Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the app and on this page.
